Return & Refund Policy

 

As flowers and plants are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. If for some reason, there are any issues with our products please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help you resolve the issue.


Delivery Policy

 

We are happy to offer same-day delivery and take orders online and via phone or in person. However, we do recommend that you contact us as early in the day as possible as our cutoff time for same-day delivery varies.

Please be advised that for same-day deliveries, floral options may be limited by immediate availability.

All deliveries are hand-delivered with utmost care.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do accept delivery time requests and will do our best to accommodate your requests.

We delivery Mondays through Sundays.

For deliveries to companies-

When delivering to a business address we request a company name, floor or suite number, and contact phone number. Due to very strict security polices and building regulations that many business buildings have, oftentimes floral arrangements cannot be accepted by a front desk and must be directly accepted by the recipient or a colleague.

For deliveries to residentials-

A phone number for a recipient is required when there is no doorman.
